READ CAREFULLY & NOTE:    NON-COMPLIANCE  =  ADDITIONAL FEES

Customers must cancel an order or reschedule at least 48 hrs before scheduled delivery or pickup.  A trip charge fee of $100.00 will be applied if not ready for scheduled delivery or pickup.  A fee of $10.00/ day will be added for each day after scheduled pickup date (only upon availability and up to 14 days at time of reschedule).

Overloaded dumpsters are a safety issue; contents must be level with the top of the container. Our containers must be tarped for transport.  Any contents in violation will be left on jobsite.  A fee of $100.00 per man-hour will be applied to unload and reload contents of an overloaded/ unsafe dumpster, plus the added dump fees.

Overweight dumpsters are a safety issue; max container capacity is 5.00 tons.  A fee of $50.00 per ton will be applied with the additional $10.00 for each day the container is in violation.

Roofing, Shingle limits:   10yd = 25 sq max,    12yd = 35 sq max,    15yd, 20yd, 30yd, 40 yd = 45 sq max, plus light construction debris.

Authorization required for loads of dirt, slate, brick, block, cement and tires.
Additional fees will be applied for appliances, items containing Freon or any unauthorized materials.

WILL NOT ACCEPT  any type of hazardous waste : NO exceptions

NO batteries or capacitors
NO fuel tanks of any kind
NO asbestos
NO liquid waste of any kind
NO food or food by-products
NO tube type televisions/monitors
NO medical or bio- infectious waste NO wet cement or wet asphalt
NO mix of trash, roofing, and yard waste.

We will not accept a dumpster with mixed materials. Dumpsters with yard waste must contain organic matter only.

PLACEMENT & PREPARATION:  Customer assumes full responsibility for choosing placement of container and for seeking permission from any persons affected by placement of the container.  Containers must be on hard, level surface.  Customer must ensure driveway/surfaces are properly prepared or maintained (ie: clear of snow and ice or prepared with plywood or tarp, etc.) so as not to cause damage.  Customer releases All American Waste Management from any liability due to damage to public/private surfaces, pavements, or paths used to service container.  Moving a dumpster may cause damage.  The undersigned acknowledges full responsibility for damage or repairs.
