Prepare for dumpster placement.
1) Keep in mind the dumpster’s specific dimensions.
2) Choose a site for the container, to ensure vehicles or equipment are not blocked in.
3) Make sure driveway/placement site is free of ice, snow and any debris.
No, but please remember the set drop off and pickup dates.
To avoid additional fees, nothing should block the chosen dumpster drop site during delivery; and likewise, nothing should block the dumpster pickup.
Payment is always due on or before the set delivery date.
Be aware that our equipment is large and heavy duty.
If this is a concern, when placing roll-off containers, we recommend 3 sheets of 1/2 inch plywood, or thicker, to minimize any damage to your hard, level surfaces. This also serves to provide a site for the perfect placement of your dumpster.
Our trucks need a clearance of at least 14 feet.
Please inform us of any utility lines/ obstacles lower than 14 feet or any special landscaping to avoid near driveway/placement site.
Overloaded or overweight dumpsters are a safety issue.
When loading the container, the load must be level with the top of the container. All loads must be securely and safely tarped; it’s the law. To avoid extra fees, weight limits and load rules must be honored.
We will not accept hazardous or contaminated waste. . . no exceptions.
To avoid extra fees and ensure a safer pickup, please familiarize yourself with what we cannot accept in our dumpsters:
no batteries or capacitors, no fuel tanks of any kind, no asbestos, no liquid waste of any kind, no food or food by-products, no tube-type televisions or monitors, no wet cement or asphalt, no medical or bio-infectious waste, no mixture of trash, roofing, and yard waste
Yes, of course!
We have 20, 30 and 40 yard containers available for demolition, renovation and larger construction or clean out jobs.
